During this lab we were able learn about titration. I was able to demonstrate social awareness by cleaning up while in the lab so that no one would get hurt by any chemicals. As well as communicate with my lab partner so we could perform this lab efficiently and in a safe manner. I demonstrated critical thinking skills by using a titrant which is the known concentration that is used to figure out the unknown concentration. I carefully observed the solution so that I knew when the end point was reached, which was reflected on the baby pink colour it displays when the exact amount needed for the reaction is added. After the lab I made sure to run water down the sink before poring out the chemicals down the drain to discard safely, that shows personal and social awareness by keeping everyone safe to not create any accidents with chemicals.
