I can manage stress a lot by either lying down on my bed and just slowly calming down or drawing while listening to calm music. I usually take care of my stress level and wellbeing by planning out my day ahead of time. Technology can work both ways in causing and not causing stress, on one hand computer issues can prevent me from handing in or finishing my homework, and on the other hand it can prevent stress and make me less likely from getting stressed out. Technology has not been that big of a problem for me, I’ve had a few hiccups before but nothing causing major stress and stopping me from finishing something. Watching videos on Youtube has been my main source of entertainment for a long time, It has caused a lot more good then bad and it makes me happy and ready for whatever the day has for me.
