I fell happy and tired today
Personal Health and Wellness
When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I do some form of exercise. When I am sad, mad or stressed I will play lacrosse to help me recorrect my mood. Exercise helps me physical and mentally. Exercise is a way for my to get away from what ever is making me sad, mad, or stressed. To stay mentally and physically healthy I play sports because they are a distraction.
Core Competency Reflection
I understand that learning is continuous and my identity will continue to evolve. I try my hardest so I will get better and will further my learning.
I find it easy to be part of a group. I like working with a team. For example in team sports I do really well like football.
I work with others to achieve a goal. In badminton I worked well with Chazai to progress further and develop my skills more to win.
I take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share in team sports. For example in Basketball I worked with different people to succeed in the game.
