This keto stir-fry was made with cauliflower rice, chicken breast, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, and onions. This was a very filling and delicious dinner. We never really eat stir-fry, however since my mom started keto, we have been trying new recipes. This was a flavourful dinner and i would make it again with a few changes. I would cube the chicken instead. I would shop the broccoli smaller. And finally I wouldn’t add mushrooms. Despite these flaws, the dish was amazing and we have made it multiple times because it is simple, and healthy.
