I don’t get stressed often, I’m usually with friends, school or at sports practice, but when I am feeling stressed about something I normally like to manage it by doing things I like, for example; baking/cooking, softball, drawing or going for walks and doing school work. I know most people probably go on their phones when they’re but personally it doesn’t help. I try to get off technology when I’m stressed. I feel like scrolling on my phone or watching videos don’t calm me down, they just cant help get my mind off things, and it makes me feel like I’m procrastinating on something. Id much rather talk to a friend in real life then text them, which is what I normally do. But for example, in quarantine when I couldn’t see my friends, I would text them when needed, but not preferably.
