This dish went very well and I think that I nailed the seasoning and made sure that I tasted and seasoned often, overall I enjoyed this lab and would make this again when I have time.

Garlic shrimp scampi

This was a very quick dish to make and it was delicious I would suggest making this as its easy yet gourmet there was not really any mistakes that I can think of it went really well and I would want to make this dish again.
Crispy sesame chicken

This lab was fun and taught me many new skills and helping me get used to the cooking environment, I could have been a bit more organized but in the end it turned out very good I would definitely make this again as it was one of my favourite things that I have made.
Waffles/crepes and blueberry sauce
this was a good lab to adapt on the spot we can learn and adapt to the environment and the tools in the kitchen and i would make these again if i had the equipment at home.
Shakshuka
this lab went well and it taught me to constantly taste and season to make sure the food it not under seasoned or over seasoned, this dish was very flavorful and making was was pretty simple and i would easily make this again considering the it can be made up of left over vegtables.
Scone/egg
this lab was simple yet can be creative the student is able to cook the egg any way they want giving them a variety of different styles of cooking to choose from, I chose the traditional sunny side up and I don’t regret it, the egg with the scone was delicious and it made my day.
Frittata
this lab was very good we got to chose what we put in the frittata giving each student a chance to put their artistic view on the food mine came out very green but that just gave it a very wide range of flavours hopefully I can make this delicious dish again.
Breakfast sandwich
this sandwich was a great food item to make along with the experience that it has taught me I have practiced many new techniques and improved on my skills,
I hope that I will be able to make this again soon.
Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies
these cookies ended up really good as they were golden brown and they had a nice moist texture with flavors that made them stand out.
