Spinach quiche and breakfast hash

These both turned out great and they both looked very good and both tasted very good the quiche was the best part and the crust was sweet and the fillings were salty so it was a perfect combo I could have improved on time management and for what I did well I evenly filled the tarts and cooked the hash well, I would easily make these again for breakfast.

Shakshuka

this lab went well and it taught me to constantly taste and season to make sure the food it not under seasoned or over seasoned, this dish was very flavorful and making was was pretty simple and i would easily make this again considering the it can be made up of left over vegtables.


Scone/egg

this lab was simple yet can be creative the student is able to cook the egg any way they want giving them a variety of different styles of cooking to choose from, I chose the traditional sunny side up and I don’t regret it, the egg with the scone was delicious and it made my day.
