Cooking At School Most Successful Lab

This is my Most Successful Lab at school. I made Quinoa salad on my way. This salad contains tomatoes, carrots, apples, cucumbers, yellow peppers, etc. It looks colourful. It tastes tender, crunchy and very different because there are many vegetables in it. How about it smells? Obviously, it smells the flavour of vegetables. I chose this as your most successful lab so far because It looks attractive to eat, and the production process is also very successful. I have already figured out how to arrange the plate before cutting these ingredients. It meets the product standards, colourful, tender, soft. The challenge I to overcome is when l finish making my salad, I found that there were a lot of vegetables left. I don’t want to waste them, so I shared some with my partner and ate the rest. My greatest success in this dish is to cut the vegetables so nicely and put them on the plate exquisitely. I am good at cutting, that’s why I cut vegetables so nicely. My most proud of about this experience is my knife skill Because I cut vegetables and fruits into many different shapes. they look very beautiful. y new skill is the safety skill of using a knife. About the nutrition of Quinoa salad, if it is out of 10, I will give 7 because there are many healthy vegetables and fruits in it. Obviously, the vitamins in it will also be very high and good for weight loss.

Most Challenging Foods Lab

My most challenging food lab is homemade dough pizza. Many vegetables on the pizza, such as mushrooms, yellow peppers, tomatoes, look very colourful and delicious. It smells pretty good, cheese with the flavour of vegetables on the dough. This is my most challenging food lab because I made this pizza alone. Rolling and putting the dough in the frying pan is not very successful. But in the end, it meets the product standards. It looks perfect. There are challenges I had to overcome. The dough is not round, and when I put the dough into the frying pan for the first time, it failed. The dough was not put in completely. I tried to move the dough a bit, but it failed. Then I carefully picked up the dough with my fork and put it in again. It succeeded, but my hand was scalded a little bit by the frying pan.in the final product, it is particularly successful. When the pizza is done, I feel very proud despite the challenges.

Cooking At School Favorite Lab

My favourite lab at school is making vegetable hot pie. The vegetable pot pie is hot and tasty. When I look at the vegetable pot pie, nothing looks very attractive, and I smell it. It has a light scent of food. When I eat the pie with the fillings under the pie, this is so good. I can taste the crispness of the pie and the softness of the fillings. Otherwise, it is also warm, which is pretty attractive in the winter. This is my favourite lab at school because I love fillings and the top of the pie. It may look unattractive, and there is not a lot of bright colour on it, but you eat it, and you will know how delicious it is when you eat. I think there is a small challenge for me. When I was making fillings, I always checked and controlled the time to stir the fillings and add the ingredients. So I always set the timer to help me. My greatest success in this dish is that I prepare all the ingredients I need because I wouldn’t panic when I was cooking fillings. My most proud of this experience is that I made fillings went very well.

Breakfast Home Lab

This is my breakfast home lab. I made a breakfast sandwich. There are many different ingredients in this sandwich, which are pretty healthy and delicious. like cucumber, bacon, sausage, egg, tomato… It looks so good as above the picture. And it smells taste of bacon and the fragrance of vegetables. When you taste it, the bread is soft, the egg, bacon and sausage are tender, but the cucumber is crispy. I choose to make a sandwich instead of the other 3 because I have never made a sandwich before, being honest. For the other 3, I have already made them. So I want to try something different. When I was making the sandwich, there is a small challenge l had. When I was cooking bacon, I wonder if I can use the oil to fry the egg from the bacon. I’ve tried it twice, but it’s failed, the egg looks not good, something black on the egg. So I have to wash the frying pan and make a new one with vegetable oil. My greatest success in this dish is to put the ingredient in the sandwich Because you need to plan which ingredients put first, which ingredients put second. That makes the sandwich looks more appetite to eat. My most proud of this experience is that I make it looks good, and my family likes it. My adult thinks this breakfast is so good and wants me to make more breakfast like this.

Communication

The looks delicious breakfast hash in the photo above was made by my partner and me. We cooked it on Monday, October 5th. The whole production process was very successful because we communicated very well with each other. During cooking, communicate is really important for us, obviously. The reason is that if you do not communicate well with your partner when you were cooking together, there will be problems and dangers. It may be that there is no clear communication, leading to confusion in the cooking steps and dangers caused by improper operation. To avoid these things happen, generally, I will communicate with my partner before we cook. For example, the last time we cooked breakfast hash before my partner went to pick up the ingredients, she asked me that if I was hungry, then she would get more vegetables for me and talked Talk about the assignment of work with me, like who will chop the vegetables and who will stir the bacon… Good communication is to allocate work in advance, improve work efficiency and ask each other if there are questions.

Safety and Sanitation

This is a pretty good lab. It went very well. We were making scones particular successfully because my partner and I cooperated perfectly. Safety concerns are that we use appliances when we were cooking, such as the knife, oven. Sanitation concerns are hands washing, dishes cleaning, hair tie back, apron tied on properly. I will wash my hands and check sanitation and safety before and after cooking, make sure that everything is good. Safety and sanitation are essential, Because do these things to prevent diseases and accidents happen, if you do not aware of these things and just ignore them, there will get accidents and food poisoning.

My Most Memorable Food Experience

My most memorable food experience is that I make dinner with my best friend because It was the first time my best friend and I cooking a meal together. It was happening on Sep 13 this year. I remember that was a sunny afternoon, my best friend and I made dinner. crayfish and vegetable salad. When we bake the crayfish in the oven, we use two sauce put on it. That is the point. one is mayonnaise and the other is garlic sauce which smells so good and spicy. After baking The colour of the crayfish is completely changed. the colour becomes red, shiny and Seems very appetite. We also made vegetable salads and they looked very good, with lots of vegetables in it. My family said they love it. my best friend and I literally enjoy this food cooking. That is a wonderful food experience.
