Refection. Making this lab brought back some old memories from when I was younger, they were like the only thing I ate. This recipe is different then the ones I used to eat as this is a more traditional Mexican one. I liked it but I was a bit dry for my taste. Would I make this again. Yes I have always liked burritos but I think I would add more sauce and maybe leave the meat juice. What went well for me. Cutting up the vegetables, because they were all uniform. 5/5
