Law – separation agreement

About the activity

For this activity we were to choose a partner to start, then we were given different scenarios. After giving the scenarios it states what each of the partners makes and living conditions and how the family is living. It also states what each partner desires in the separation and what they hope to keep. After that, we were to negotiate with each other and argue about what we get to keep or not. After that we are to write up a legal separation agreement to finalize it.

About the Activity.

For this project I had to research a topic and come up with a question. After forming the question I had to research it and learn more about it. Then I formed my research together and gave my opinion on the topic, as well as come up with a solution.

For my artifact, I chose my photo project. The goal for this project was to take pictures of the places you visit most often and talk about the land it’s located on. I liked doing this project because I like taking photos and I enjoyed learning about the land I live on and how to pay respects and acknowledge it properly.

Curricular Competency Reflection

I proved my ability to Create and Communicate. This artifact was created through generating visuals and describing why this location was significant to First Peoples. The First Peoples have many tales about this area and how it created their world, and by going out and investigating it for myself, I gained a better understanding of why the Land shapes who they are.

Core Competencies Reflection

By gaining a stronger connection to the earth via personal experiences, I developed in thinking competency while constructing this artefact. I could use Imagery to picture their tales and understand how they perceived the world to be shaped around them. This was represented in my writing, which explained the storylines and areas of the photos made.

Spanish 10 Core Competency Reflection

Communication

During Spanish 10 this year, we were given an assignment to write a dialogue and were given a simple outline. I used this outline to achieve the basics and then add my own twist through communicating with my teammates. We then had to present it, which was fun and entertaining for the rest of the class, I had a successful dialogue through listening to instructions and engaging with my audience. Next time I do a dialogue I will change my work ethic, I would use all the time given and not waste it, and also try to add more advanced language in my dialogue.

Our Utopian City

Crystal City

Values

Happiness: Happiness is a big value for us and we think it is very important for people to be happy, and the colour for happiness is yellow in our city, and they can be found on the trees.

Environment: The environment is also an important value for us and we have built greenhouses all over the city and they are used to grow plants in and we also have trees all over our city.

Safety: Safety is our number one priority and we have 2 police stations and 2 hospitals, they could be found on the top left and the top right. Blue and Red represent safety in our city.

Education: Education is very important for young kids and we have a school built in our city (the brown building on the bottom left.

Family: Family is also quite important and we have it as one of our five values and we have light blue representing it and light blue is on the flag and the kids that are playing in the snow are also wearing blue clothing.

Communication Reflection

For this Project me and Owen Teamed up to make a Utopian city, we used the city creator website and made sure we took and advantage of the time that was given to us. We didn’t split up the responsibilities so that we could both voice our opinions about the whole project and that we were both going to be satisfied with the final product, and to communicate we used Snapchat to contact each other if needed. We worked very fast and efficiently and didn’t face any problems along the way. After we were done with the design I took a photo of the city and put it photoshop and gave it a few final touches, I colored the Ambulance, Police car, Police station, and the hospital. We were both satisfied with the final product and there is nothing to improve for next time.
