The way I cope with stress is just wait for everything to go over my head. I don’t really act out every time I get stressed and when I do, I don’t really do anything about it except play video games. I rely on video games because it’s my favorite pass time. I do get stressed out from video games like if I’m on a losing streak or something like that. I just use technology to make it feel like I’m in a different universe. I can use technology to support my well being.

My online Network is useful because I can do schoolwork and play Video Games and watch videos online. The Online Network is a place where people can search up anything, buy things, and much more. Google is a prime example of it because its the number one search tool.
The things I do to stay healthy online is to have a certain time limit to how much I can stay online. I always use a VPN just incase someone tries to steal my IP (Internet Profile.) Before I go to bed, I turn off my WIFI so I don’t get disturbed before going to sleep. Staying safe is hard out there so I stick to the basics so I don’t get in trouble. On discord, I usually hang out with my only friend group so I don’t get in trouble.
The ways I maintain an online relationship is to stick with one account. If you lose you lose your main account, you can’t access a lot of your good friends online. They will be gone forever. I keep my online identity and my real world identity completely different and I never share to either of them. I have a completely different persona once I go online and that’s a good thing.
