Collaborating

Position vs Time graph.
Some things I think about before dividing tasks among group members include who is comfortable taking over which part of the assignment. I notice this a lot about myself and I realized it is important to discuss with your group members about certain jobs when doing a lab. Lots of the time everyone is comfortable and confident in what they are assigned to do, but once in a while a group member may be unsure of how to perform a specific task, whether it is being responsible for seeing how much measuring tape we need, or being the person who volunteered to be the test dummy for the lab. For me personally I did not feel completely confident with measuring the tape, but I was willing to be the person to run for the lab, I think it is important to recognize your group members strengths and weaknesses because we all have them, and I think forcing someone to do something they aren’t confident about is not helping the group. I chose to be the runner, because almost all my group members did not feel comfortable running for the purpose of the lab, which is completely fine, and when they asked me if I could do it, I said yes because I did not mind running, and I would not want my group members doing something they felt they could not succeed in.
