Year 1 – 80,000 x 1.042 = 83360

Year 2 – 83360 x 1.042 = 86861.12

Year 3 – 86861.12 x 1.042 = 90,509.28704

justification

I think using a GIC was right because it guarantees our moneys locked away. Given the fact that a GIC is very safe it insures that the money will be put away for 3 years.

1. How did you find working with your group?

I found it not difficult because everyone had a voice and participated.

2. How did you contribute to the group? And how did others in the group contribute to your learning?

I gave my group ideas and my group was good at listening to them . I felt like everyone contributed to helping out eachother.

3. Did you use any other the solutions proposed by your group? Why or why not?

We did not use any other soloutions because we had already found that worked.

4. How would you rate your ability to collaborate with others in your group on a scale of 1-4

I would rate my ability to collaborate with others in my group a 3 out of 4 because I feel like I am easy to work with but I do not voice all my opinions.

Core Competency Reflexion

I know the group is working well together when I hear/ see people sharing there opinions and voicing what they disagree and agree about.

If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to see both opinions and discuss them among the group.

Critical and Reflective Thinking

I believe the French revolution was justified, the French revolution started because the king was not being fair to the third estate because they had to pay all the taxes, so they felt like they needed to take action. The king wasn’t doing his job because on the day of the Bastille (July 14, 1789) he wrote “Nothing” in his diary but outside people are breaking the Bastille was by their hands. Some people had to be made an example out of and it had to be the king and queen who caused and did nothing to stop the oppression of their people. I think the French revolution brought those who starved to death while the queen said “let them eat cake” justice. I feel like I can analyze evidence to make judgments, i am not afraid to make bold claims and write what I feel.
