For the safety procedures I followed knife, peeler, and stove safety. I demonstrated some knife skills by chopping potatoes, dicing onions, and slicing the bacon into bits. I rate the nutrition an 8/10 because even though there are potatoes, there could be more vegetables, along with the eggs and bacon that balance the meal. I think it meets product standards perfectly with the golden potatoes, and translucent onions. One of the strengths of the dish was the cheese melted on top which added an extra texture to the mix. Clean-up was as quick as usual with minimal dishes from mixing the egg and the frying pan itself. I will probably make this dish again because it’s great for a hearty breakfast, and it tasted great the first time.
