Prawn and Spinach Risotto

The safety procedures I followed while making this included knife and stove, there weren’t many steps in the recipe. I had to half all the ingredients since I’m cooking for two, but the methods for cooking were basically just chopping some veggies and stirring the rice. The nutrition seems pretty well balanced with protein in the prawns and the rest of the ingredients being veggie based. I followed this recipe because it seemed to be the easiest from all that I found, which I wanted because I’ve never made Risotto before. After eating the meal I realized, due entirely to personal preference, I never want to eat it again; although, from a judges standpoint I would say it could’ve been a bit cheesier, but it did meet product standards.
