Kitchen Sink Pasta

This lab was a last minute thing to try and use up all the food we had in the fridge. We could throw any vegetables or meats together that we wanted and create our own pasta. I was inspired by a pasta my dad makes at home that includes salami, bacon, pancetta, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Since all those ingredients weren’t available to use I made mine a bit different. It included peppers, onions, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and bacon. It was very similar to the one at home and was very tasty!

I gave myself a 4 out of 5 on this lab because even though the pasta turned out well my group members and I were having trouble getting along and working together.
