I can find it easy to be apart of a group

This photo represents me and josh’s work using communication to make the product which was the chemical formulas. Josh and I communicated very thoroughly during the lab to make sure that we were on task and knowing what the other person was doing. During this we demonstrated respectful manners to our peers and also to ourselves during this lab like making sure a person was okay if they got acid on there hand. Halfway in Josh got some acid on his hand during the lab so I took over and took leadership of my own learning and it really benefited me in a way where I could work way faster while getting more work done. some of the skills I gained during this lab was how to work with a partner more efficient but also learning about chemicals and synthesis reactions.
