Collaborating

 I can take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share. For this lab I took on a leadership role when it came to organizing people into what jobs they would have during this lab. I first asked what people wanted to do and then from there I started assigning jobs to people so we could start working on the physical part. I chose to put people based on where they wanted too and where they seemed most comfortable. For example, if someone didn’t bring their phone or didn’t feel like using one, I assigned them to be the walker, jogger or runner so they wouldn’t be left out of the lab.
