When my group was solving this question we weren’t understanding it right away or getting it. we didn’t know where to start so one of us looked in our notes and found a similar question and we started from there. Once we got the hang of it we each played a part in completing this question. At one point the period we found was right but the period we drew was wrong. I noticed it and changed it. My group members asked what I was doing and I explained to them how the numbers of lines they had counted between each point was two many compared to the period we solved for. Once that was all figured out one of the members got the hang of it and finished the equation. My other group member and I were confused so we had her go over in detail what she did and explain it to us. I remember asking her “okay so its like this….” and she agreed that I was correct. Because she explained it to me and I had a chance to talk it over and explain it in my own words, I was able to understand what was going on.
