• One of the ways I ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to state which tasks they are handling in the project
• Some things I think about before dividing tasks among group members is to prioritize a group members strength on such task so that it can be done effectively
• When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I introduce my strengths for a certain task
• I know the group is working well together when I can see consistent feedback throughout the group members
