My Reflection

For Ms. Bolli’s birthday, every body had to make an appetizer because staff came in to try them and we were also going to try them. My partner and I decided to make potato rounds for our appetizer. This recipe was super simple and didn’t take long at all. We first boiled the potatoes, then cut them into slices, sprinkled them with grated cheese and added ham and green onion onto them. Then we had to bake them in the oven. Even though they were simple, they tasted really good. The only thing is that I think they were a bit too oily and they could have been baked longer because I wanted the potato to be more cooked but I didn’t want the cheese to burn. Overall, I enjoyed eating these and I think that others did to.
