Oatmeal Chocolate Chip muffins

For my home lab I made oatmeal chocolate chip muffins. My product standards for this lab was a golden brown top and moist on the inside of the muffin. The recipe I used was very straight forward and I was very organized during the process of making them. The final product was smaller than I thought because they didn’t rise in the oven as much as I had thought they were going to. I didn’t fill the muffin tins all the way with the batter, so they were smaller. They still tasted delicious and I had a lot of success during this lab. I would definitely make this again for my family.
