For my home lab I made homemade pizza and a salad. The salad had lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper, and cabbage. I also prepared the condiments for the pizza which were onions, tomatoes, green pepper, and olives. On my pizza, I put olives, green pepper, onion, and tomato. For this lab, I didn’t use a recipe because my family and I bought the pizza sauce and the dough and then I prepared the condiments. Everyone got to make their own pizza so they could add what condiments they wanted. The skills I demonstrated in this lab was my knife skills and kneading the dough because it can be challenging not to rip the dough. My dad helped me cook the pizzas on the barbecue. This was my favourite lab I have done because it was different and I’ve never made a homemade pizza before. The process was very smooth and the final product looked and tasted delicious. I would definitely make this again.
