Key Lime Pie

For this lab, I decided to make key lime pie for my family and I. I used a recipe from the internet and the final product turned out delicious. The product standards for this lab was a creamy filling for the pie. My goal for this lab was to have a delicious creamy filling, as well as for the crust to be perfectly cooked. I baked the crust and let it cool overnight and then made the filling the next day. A challenge I faced during this lab was not using too much lime when I was zesting it because I didn’t want it to be too overpowering. I also made my own whipped cream for the pie and it turned out perfectly. The process of making this lab was more straightforward than I had thought it was going to be, so next time I would choose a more challenging recipe. I gave this recipe five stars because it was simple and delicious and I could make this very often because it doesn’t take too long to make. I gave half of the pie to my neighbours as well and they loved t. I would definitely make this again for my friends and family.
