A strenght for me in the dimension of wellness is spiritual. I’m not very surprised by this because I know that no one should interfere with my beliefs and that I shouldn’t care about what people think about it. The dimension that could be improved in is career and academic. Some steps that I can do to improve this area is to not overstudy, and use tutorial as an opportunity to get better at the subjects I’m struggling on. As a student this can neglect certain aspects of your health and wellness because your brain might get damaged or start to develop slowly or completely stop developing. It can also lead to depression and anxiety.
