Some of my strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence include, Being cautious about what sites i visit, and links i click on, such as not clicking on links i get sent by random accounts. I also turn off my ringer before i go to bed so it doesn’t disturb me while i sleep.
My online support network is helpful to me because It can help out a bunch with schoolwork, for things such as research and studying, also entertainment/media Such as streaming services and social media. Things like google/safari also help any users search up almost anything they need.
