Reflection
This was very new especially since I have never cooked with clams before, I was a bit worried that I wasn’t going to mess up the clams and the scallops. I needed a bit of help to make sure everything was cooked. But overall this lab tasted great and in the end everything was cooked and complemented with taste. I would give this a 4/5 stars.
