Creating a positive digital footprint
I used Canva to create this poster.
Personal/Social Competency Reflection
1. I make digital ethical choices such as having all of my accounts private as well as double-checking those privacy settings, thinking about the possible consequences before posting anything, not giving strangers my real name, and just consciously making smart choices online in general.
2. Some of the ways I work to build and maintain online relationships are having positive conversations with friends by text, messaging people congratulations/happy birthday on special events, positively commenting on friends’ posts, and only building online friendships with people that I know in real life.
3. My online support network is helpful to me because they complement/lift me up, share healthy strategies, share laughs and funny moments, and also remind me about important upcoming events/things I need to get done.
