When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I take a short break from my work to have a snack, read a book, build or design something, or play a video game. Then, I will turn everything distracting off and get back to work. Other times I will take a step back and look at where I am on my work, then get started on the next piece.

My Goal For Next Year

My goal for health next is to go to bed at better and earlier times because now I am going to bed at 10 and 11 pm. I am hoping to go to bed at about 8 or 9 pm. I can start doing my work earlier in the day and go ready for bed earlier and get more hours of sleep.
