I got better at photography – I do amature photogrophy outside of school and wanted to get better at wildlife photograhy so I took a camera while walking around some of the parks in VIctoria over the long weekend. I managed to find a couple of birds like herons, so I decided to get close with a 200mm lens and get some pictures. I was pretty happy with the end results.
I got a B in Social Studies – Social studies was one of my favoutire classes in semester one, mainly because of the WW2 unit. I enjoyed learning about the war and getting to make a digital scrapbook of significant changes to Canada.
I got full marks for my cabinet project – In Drafting Design 11 this semester I was taksed with creating a 3D model of a cabinet, either or my own design or from a pictrue, in Fusion360. After that, we had to show the different views and dimnesions in AutoCAD. I had a fairly large cabinet but I was able to dimension everything correctly and the final product looked good and I got a good mark for it.
AREAS TO IMPROVE:
GOAL
ACTION PLAN: For next year
Do better on tests
Study more before the test date and maybe in the block before
Hand in morework on time
Begin projects earlier and make plans for the project to devide up the work over time.
My strengths as a digital citizen include the abilities in being proficient with software, websites, and different operating systems. They contribute to my community (classroom, club, city, etc.) through/ because I am able to help people in person and online with problems they may encounter and face.
Some of the ways I work to build and maintain online relationships are using programs like Discord, iMessages, and Microsoft Teams to communicate and collaborate with friends, students, teachers, and other people.
I know that my digital footprint can have both positive and negative consequences, including not allowing me into university and giving me digital problems. So, I adjust my actions to not use social media often, or have most of my life online.
