Core Competency Goals

When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I try my best to get to know them a little bit better and make sure to include everyone’s ideas. I know the group is working well together when I hear people asking questions and sharing their ideas to the group. I also know that the group is working well when I see people giving their full attention to the person speaking and doing their part that was assigned to them. Some things I think about before dividing tasks among group members include asking what part they want to do and if they are comfortable with it. I also make sure that everyone gets an even amount of work.
