Core Competency Reflection

When i need to boost my mood or re-focus I like to listen to music and try my best to listen to the lecture and what’s happening.

I know that the group is working well together when I hear others asking questions within another. I also know that we’re working well together when I see that people are making eye contact to the person who is speaking.

If the group is not productive, we can ask questions about the work we are doing and try to start working on that certain topic in order to get things moving in the right direction. 

A goal I have for myself moving on forward is to not procrastinate on my work that much and finish everything at a reasonable time because I won’t have to cramp everything in, in one day.
