Communication

When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I actively communicate with them to work efficiently and so we’re able to fluidly work together without many problems or issues. I show that I value feedback from others in my group by always asking their opinions and thoughts on our assignments or labs so I’m able to get a different view on the topic and use that in my answers to get a more thorough and insightful response. One of the ways I ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to talk with them before beginning the assignment or lab so we can work efficiently and rely on each other to work on what we we’re given.
