Through the process of designing and creating our poster my partner and I demonstrated the core competency of collaboration. This came in multiple forms including, at the beginning of the project we took time to brainstorm which movie we wanted to create a poster for. The next aspect of collaboration came into play when we were dividing up the responsibilities and work load. As the collaboration competency goes hand in hand with the communication competency we did a great job at communicating at every point in the project that required collaboration between us.
