How I manage my stress is by making sure my mental health is taken care of and that I am ok and if I am not I take some time to myself. I also do things I like to do like going on a walk with my friends and catching up with the ones I love. I also like to relax and take some time to myself and reflect on what is making me stressed and what I could do to make it better. If my stress is related to the technology I disconnect from it and take some time to do other things that will take my mind off it. Things that cause my stress are school and lots of work or test make me stressed and my friends and family stress me out a lot of the time too. Stress is something everyone deals with especially at this time so remember a lot of people are also under lots of stress just like you are right now.
