I get stressed a lot but I deal with it by listening to music or playing video games. Technology helps and hurts stress levels. It hurts stress by being able to wind down after a long day by listening to music or enjoying watching Netflix. But it helps stress also because if I use technology for too long without going for a walk I get a headache. Another downside is that technology sidetracks me so I forget to do homework or a project. This year though and for all of the pandemic technology helped me to forget about the outside world. It feels as though no time has past. My wellbeing can be improved by listening to sounds of the ocean or quiet type noises before going to bed or listening to an audio book.
