Justification
Our meal plan will have the most success with the famliy because:
- It fits everyone’s schedule. Every family member gets a portion of their responsibility in the cooking.
- Time efficient meals. None of the meals take a lot of time to make. Which is perfect for tired parents and teen who just came off of work/school.
- Cost effective. The ingredients for meals don’t cost much which makes it buy them often for food on a weekly basis.
- Highly nutritious. Not only do the meals offer cost effectiveness or time efficiency, they are highly nutritious in vitamin, fiber, protein and other micro and macro nutrients.
