Justification

Our meal plan will have the most success with the famliy because:

  1. It fits everyone’s schedule. Every family member gets a portion of their responsibility in the cooking.
  2. Time efficient meals. None of the meals take a lot of time to make. Which is perfect for tired parents and teen who just came off of work/school.
  3. Cost effective. The ingredients for meals don’t cost much which makes it buy them often for food on a weekly basis.
  4. Highly nutritious. Not only do the meals offer cost effectiveness or time efficiency, they are highly nutritious in vitamin, fiber, protein and other micro and macro nutrients.

Collaboration Reflection

– Describe all the ways your group communicated and shared information with each other.

We all discussed in person and made notes on a word document. We also talked over snapchat about our project and what our approach should be

Describe all the ways your group used technology. Were you familiar with these digital tools before this assignment or was this your first time using any of them?

We used technology is 3 ways:

  • To communicate — using snapchat and instagram.
  • To write notes — using a shared document on word.
  • To submit our assignment — using EduBlog.

I was familiar with all the digital tools and software used in our project beforehand. None of them were my first time using them.

– Describe how tasks were distributed in your group.

We all assigned each other a specific day to work on.

– What tasks did you complete?

Every task there was.

When I look at your group’s solution, where can I see evidence of your contribution?

Everywhere. The blog, the meal plan, and the meal schedule
