Sometimes a way I get stressed is from dance. Something I love to do, but makes me stressed at the same time. Sometimes, I feel I have a lot of presser to do well and get high placings. What helps me calm down is listening to music, or sometimes just talking to a friends. If I’m really stressed I seek help talking to my counselor which can help, because they can talk to my parents about it and help me. Technology can help because it’s a great way to connect with friends if I need to talk, also listening to music and watching calming YouTube videos. it can calm my breathing and my stress level. Technology could also be a bad thing because, it could include words or images that could not be true which could lead to someone believing it and spreading a rumor that may or may not be true. Technology has made me stressed because sometimes, I see things online that make me mad or sad and don’t know if its true, it can make me stressed even though it won’t be about me.
