During the solubility lab in Chem 12 with Ms. Exley, I was partners with Leia, a classmate. The solutions we made to figure out how each Ksp can differ in different temperatures. The solutions were so shinny and the colour was gorgeous. However, during the lab, we did get into a problem where the temperature of the beaker water that contained all the test tubes increased too rapidly, making us not able to observe and record properly. Therefore, I came up with a solution to leave the test tubes outside in a room temperature water so it can cool down and form a ppt again. Then, with the ones that still had the ppt even after the rapid increase of temperature, we turned the nob down, so it reaches high temperature slowly and steadily. Thankfully, my way of problem solving and thinking worked out well, and got a pretty accurate observations for each test tubes. From the lab, I earned a valuable lesson that the temperature of a beaker containing the test tubes much increase slowly.
