Collaborating in CLE 10

I can confidently interact and build relationships with other group members to further shared goals.

While working on this Core Competency, I had to communicate about problems and errors in their resumes and without having a strong relation with other classmates, it’s hard for me to criticize their work. I learned that it is hard to criticize but for both people to benefit, I must critique their work as they find errors in my own. Building relationships to reach mutual goals is important as you will use it for editing work, creating friends, and human interaction in general. By talking to others that I may not know well is how I can apply this skill to my everyday life.
