Women’s Fitness & Conditioning Reflection

Reflection on your progress in Women’s Fitness so far?

I’ve enjoyed this class so far. We have done various activities such as HITT classes and Boot camps at Poirier Rec Centre, workout circuits, weight training, jogs and walks. This class has helped me become stronger in weight training and become more comfortable using equipment in the gym. I like being active and breaking up my day with exercise, so this class is great for that.
