CPR Reflection

Something I learned was how to do CPR because before this class I didn’t have of clue on what to do.

The key takeaway in course was probably learning to be a confident person when there is a distress going on, so than other people can feel more confident and not be as scared.

You can control your diets and it can help with having a lower risk of getting heart attack’s.

Core Competency Reflection

I find it easy to be part of a group. I worked better when I was in a group usually when I’m in a group with friends.

I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community. I do really good in participating in group activities mostly in PE.

I recognize my emotions and use strategies to manage them. Like when I’m mad I sometimes let it out but i will try my best to keep it to myself.

I can identify my strengths and identify my potential.  I am good at talking with others and I am very vocal.

One goal I have for myself is to do better in school and get better grades because I usually always get Cs or C-s and its usually the teacher I have but I also think its me.
