today in foods class we made shepard’s pie. this dish was bursting with flavours and textures. there was a bottom layer of ground beef and vegetables with a topping of creamy mashed potatoes. this was one of my favourite dishes we have made in the course. every bite had both layers and all of the flavours of the pie. it was perfectly seasoned, just thinking back on it makes my mouth water. i would definitely make this again, i’d make it every day if i could!!
