Turkey Sausage Spinach Quiche

Here we have our first home lab! In this assignment I wanted to challenge myself and make something I never thought of doing. Making the Quiche was a challenge and a half, because you had to make sure you had the right measurements to everything so that the flavors would balance out. Staying calm really did work in my favor in this lab, due to the fact it worked out really well. Behind the Quiche we have my two yogurt Parfaits I made. I mixed in strawberry and vanilla yogurt with flax seed, Chia seeds, and some apple slices on top. On the left we have orange Blueberry Muffins. These were so so so so good. They weren’t too sweet, very moist, and the orange and blueberry flavor mixed well together. I would definitely make this again. it’s a perfect to-go snack especially whenever in a rush. 5/5 Recipe!

APPETIZERSS!!

Together as a class we all worked together as a team to come up with Tasty appetizers! What a great day to be together and enjoy the work we’ve put into the food that we all made. Also we were able to enjoy celebrating Our teachers birthday. It was a great start to the morning and the food tasted Great!!!

Buddha Bowl

One very healthy Nutritious dish called the Buddha Bowl. We aren’t always so fond of veggies, but this was a great meal. I HATE Quinoa, but you can barely even taste it with all the other flavors. There’s not specific grains, fruits, and veggies you should use, which is what I love most about this recipe.

Mediterranean chicken Pasta

Here we have a “choose your own” pasta dish. This turned out amazing. We used a variety of different spices known as: Oregano, Cumin, Rosemary, Cumin, and two bay leafs to enhance the flavor. I would most definitely apply myself to make this dish again.
