Reflection
The risotto balls tasted great they are then deathliest though so I wouldn’t make them that often. Even tho making the risotto isn’t that easy the balls were very quick. The only thing that really went wrong was splattering oil trying to fry them with letting them absorb oil. Over all the lab went great I would make these again and maybe try different types of seasoning, 4/5 stars.
