Making and Sharing Reflection

I was able to identify appropriate tools, technologies and technics that were needed in order for the production to run smoothly. When creating food product, I am able to incorporate feedback from self and others. That way when I plan on making it again, I can do things a little differently than how I did it the first time. When deciding on how and with whom I’m going to share finished product with. I will most likely share it with my family. They are the ones who are the most excited to try my cooking and give me their honest feedback and thoughts on the food.

Core Competency Reflection

When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I introduce myself. i also ask a few questions to get to know the other person better.

While working in the kitchen, I help to build and extend understanding by asking questions when i need clarification on a step in the recipe. i also help out my peers when they need it.

If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to ask for a third opinion on the topic. That way our group does not disrupted the rest of the class.
