Self Profile

My name is Lewis. I am very tall for my age; I am 6′ or 6’1″  tall.

I have one sister named Rianna, and I am 3 years older than her. She has just started middle school.  I have a lot of family mostly on my mother’s side. My dad’s side of the family has 2 people that I have met: my grandma, and my grandpa. Sadly my grandpa passed away from cancer quite a while back. My grandma is Swiss, and lives in Victoria.  I can go visit them in Victoria any school break or extra-long weekend.  My mother’s side of the family lives in Slovakia. Sadly I can’t really understand them because I don’t speak Slovak, but I have been trying to learn Slovak ever since I got back last summer.  I want to surprise my mother and the rest of the family.  We only get to see them once every 3-5 years.

I also have many hobbies like kickboxing, Soccer, Football and playing video games.  I am pretty good at kickboxing. I usually go twice a week with one of my friends. This is really fun; we just hang out joke around and do the drills. I like to go on Monday and Saturdays. 

Sometimes I like to play soccer and just mess around with friends, but when I was younger and was on a team I was a real good defender. Our team was the best one in our league. We never lost a match and would work together as a team, as if we could read each other’s minds. 

Rarely I play football. I am not bad at it and can usually catch the football and throw pretty far. In elementary school I use to play football with friends. It was extremely fun until we were not allowed to play tackle so some of us stopped playing football, and some were just careful when playing. 

I spend most of my time playing video games with friends, and just chilling out and messing with people; we also like just beating other people in our match.  We enjoy to play games that you have to have a lot of skill to play, and have extremely good patience. I don’t like the games where people can just get lucky when beating you, and its actually about who’s better and who can get more stuff done in a certain period of time. Also having to rethink strategies and changing it up to stop them for killing you is really fun. Because its not just skill, its strategy, and it is just 10 times better than hoping the other team isn’t lucky and kills you.

I am fairly good at most of my hobbies.

Overall I am going to try to surprise my family. By trying to speak Slovak. I am also going to continue doing my hobbies for as long as I possibly can; until I lose interest or become too busy.
