Collaborating in CLE 10

After I finished my resume, I had a couple of students read over my resume to make sure everything sounded and looked coherent and more importantly had no grammar mistakes. I listened to what constructive criticism they had given and applied it where I could. I applied the “I can work with others to achieve a goal” core competency in this assignment. I worked with two classmates to create a professionally written resume and to achieve a good mark. But it was not all smooth sailing, one student I collaborated with was one I have not talked to, making things at first a little bit awkward. But towards the end it became easier and easier, and I listened and applied the criticism given and, in the end, it worked out. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and achieved a good mark.
