critical/reflective thinking
I demonstrated my critical and reflective thinking skills during this project by reflecting on my thought processes when producing ideas and figuring out what ideas would be the best choice for my anticipated end goal. When the project began, I thought about what would look good on the sketch book rather than a design that would be attainable in the time we had before the deadline. The ideas I started with are completely different and are far more difficult to do than the ones I ended up with. I was able to listen to my peers and teachers’ advice about the fact it would be difficult for me to stamp paint on such small designs. Their feedback improved the quality of my project in the end but if I were to do this again, I would be patient with my ideas and painting so I could accomplish a more intricate design.
