My digital footprint

First off i googled myself typing my full name and to narrow it down i put my city Vancouver I wasn’t surprised i had found nothing because my social medias do not include my name. If i were to see things pop up when searching my name such as social medias like Instagram, snap chat and twitter it would be very important to keep my privacy safe with what i post and who i let view my posts. My Digital Footprint is also important for the near future for example if someone were to hire me they would do their research and only find things online about me that i would have made sure are not inappropriate and things that may have a positive impact on others that i have posted, 48% of employers use a search engine to research people before considering a spot for them. In my digital footprint, social medias i use do not share my location nor does it show my birth date an example of making sure i have full control over my identity online and making sure important things like my address private. My existing digital footprint may affect my family and friends if they see a post of mine of them they may want it taken down if its embarrassing or if they just don’t want it online. it could also affect future school applications because i could have one of my achievements up online that they may want to have me in for.

Fluency Reflection Paragraph

The fluency I have chosen is Creativity for my art assignment. I have showcased this fluency in my watercolor painting through the process of using inspiration online to brainstorm my final idea which is hills with a river and three planets in the sky. I showcased interpolating in my painting when choosing the colors that I liked while making sure it fit the criteria of my assignment. I also showcased this fluency by being creative with the theme of my painting, I added three planets because it was unique and added to the theme of space. I showed the creative fluency by recognizing the information that had been given to me by my art teacher through the instruction sheet to make sure I do not make a mistake in color themes. I made sure to reflect on my painting going back to it to fix blending and adding more details in certain areas to make it pop out for the perfect result. I showed my creative process of blending by adding darker and lighter colors for it to make it look like the hills are far back into the distance and for the river to look closer. I ended up using sharpie to outline the planets just to make it pop and have detail.
